Goal of the Position

Lead and manage financial, human and operational resources efficiently and in optimal conditions to achieve the desired results in customer service, work environment, and profitability. The role requires a high level of influence, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to bring solutions to problems of unusual complexity. Coordinates and supervises the compliance of the execution of production programs for the plant under his responsibility. Continuously measure the execution and compare real results with the execution plans and standards (self-control and Management Control).
